By accessing danielalex.ro and submitting your data through our Protocol Audits or contact forms, you agree to the following terms. These conditions ensure a high-standard relationship between the Daniel Alex performance brand and our global roster of clients.

1. Eligibility & Authority

To participate in a Protocol Audit or coaching program, you must be at least 18 years of age. By submitting your application, you represent that you are in good physical health and have consulted with a medical professional before starting any intensive physical performance strategy.

2. The Protocol Audit Process

The Protocol Audit is a preliminary assessment tool. Submission of an audit does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program. Daniel Alex reserves the right to select clients based on roster availability and program suitability. All advice provided during the audit stage is for informational purposes and becomes a binding strategy only upon formal enrollment.

3. Intellectual Property

All coaching protocols, nutritional frameworks, and performance "Architecture" provided by Daniel Alex are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not distribute, sell, or publicly share the specific strategies or proprietary materials provided during the coaching process without explicit written consent.

4. Liability Waiver

Engagement in physical training involves inherent risks. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury and waive any claims against Daniel Alex arising out of your participation in the suggested protocols. Daniel Alex is not a medical doctor; our strategies are performance-based and should be balanced with your own professional medical advice.

5. Program Termination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional conduct. Daniel Alex reserves the right to terminate a coaching relationship at any time if a client fails to comply with the communication standards or ethical requirements of the program.
